I'm sure the mods are aware of the plethora of complaints against the player who was once known as Fozcria, then as New Grekikland then The Shamoin Islands. This player and his many puppets were subsequently deleted just two or three days ago.

Many of the complaints against him included and are not limited to aggressive behaviour, discrimination - racism, ageism, sexism - and attempts to break into the accounts of other players (in fact, I believe there were some recent login failures for a handful of nations in the region of Corrosia that followed the deletion of The Shamoin Islands (hardly a coincidence given his history). I know that Mykai had a failed attempt that wasn't at my home IP (there was one failed at my IP, but that was because I changed my password and forgot about it when I tried to login)...). Never mind that he created a nation for the sole purpose of displaying his blatant anti-semitism. Sure his old batch of nations were deleted, but these new ones aren't.

This player's presence is intolerable and I have to wonder why his nations that he has subsequently created since the mass deletion haven't been deleted. He has shown he has no remorse for his actions. He keeps returning to the region (Immortal Interimo) he was banned from.

What I want to know is, wasn't there a DOS on this player? Why is he being allowed to continue on when he has a proven history of conduct that runs contrary to the rules of NationStates?

Yes, I have made many complaints on these recent nations and I feel like they are falling on deaf ears. Is in not the job of the moderators to look at every complaint, no matter how small?

R359, you keep complaining that your complants fall on deaf ears. HOW? They are addressed within MINUTES of you placing them.

We are aware of the problem. We are deleting him as soon as we're told. We are NOT mind readers. We don't know UNTIL you tell us, but for chocolate's sake, stop acting like nothing's been done and we're ignoring you.

Do you know how many complaints you've made? 30. Do you know how many have been resolved? Give ya a hint...

Adding to this closed thread to clarify a point.

DOS means Delete on Sight. It's not the same thing as an IP ban, as there are technical reasons why some players can't be permanently banned. Consequently, that's where we Delete on Sight. We have to wait for them to show up before we can "see" them.

We do have tools to help us in that task, but you're welcome to send a Getting Help request if you think we've missed one of his/their puppets.

Furthermore and for general interest, please be aware that NS mods are not monitoring the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are two of us volunteers who handle most of the Getting Help requests, and both of us had extended plans this holiday weekend. If we don't respond within a day or two, that's probably why. Don't get your panties in a bunch about it. It's just a game.
