Yeah, I'd pretty much reached the same conclusion myself already. For now it's harmless, and people are responding calmly. If it gets out of hand, we'll intercede.

Well, honestly I believe that his argument was an interesting one... But I guess a lot of the things said were really stupid. Maybe if it was actually debated and not... I unno.. playgrounded? lol

Most NS players are smart enough, and interested enough in what they're doing, to stay away from the playground. And, as you can see from Fris's comments, mods do monitor hot-button issues. Plus there's always the possibility that the apparent n00b someone's flaming may be a mod's puppet.
But just wait till we get the CCTV installed and ban skateboards and hoodies in the forums and switch on the anti-injection lighting and hire the graffiti patrol and start playing the really downbeat bland music, and things will be perfect!
