I agree with Frisbeeteria's assessment. How does one 'insult' the players of a team, without it being an IC statement? Seems like it could potentially be him responding as a coach of the team, to the previous response to them. I'm open to additional opinions from other moderators though.

While I understand Liventia's concern (the post Liv's complaining about was followed up with this one (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=14134454&postcount=113)), and Kjo certainly has past form, I'm inclined to agree with our esteemed mods that this particular case isn't flaming.
It can be difficult to tell sometimes where Kjo's IC and OOC posts begin, but I would give him the benefit of the doubt in this case.
He's essentially an enthusiastic young teenager stuck in Western Australia who has some maturing to do. I've already made the commitment in the relevant discussion thread to 'have a quick word with him by TG' if he gets carried away in the forthcoming World Cup 43, rather than immediately report him to the mods in this thread. I want to try and give him a gentle etiquette push rather than do something which would chase him away.
But I do agree that in the short time he's been with us, Kjo can be really, really, trying sometimes.

I think the mods are right on. He's slagging the guy's characters. That's not flaming.
If he said the player were a wanker, contracts or not, I think it'd depend on his posting history.
IMO, this report seems to be making a mountain out of a mole hill.
