Now, I avoid abortion threads like the plague. I specifically focused on the stated intent of this bill versus the way it has actually been used in other jurisdictions BECAUSE I did not want this to become another endless abortion debate.

I'd like a ruling on whether the posts of the Romulan Republic constitute a hijack or not. I realise that as the OP, I do not control the thread, nonetheless I have repeatedly asked him to continue his abortion-centric argument elsewhere, for while it is related tangentally to the topic, abortion, being the hot-button topic it is, has the ability to swallow threads whole. Perhaps, being a relatively new member, he isn't aware of this, but he has stated his intent to continue in this vein unless there is mod intervention. So.
