This is the second time in the last four days that Linpada's posted an RP thread in General. His previous attempt was thread locked.
Last time, it led to fascinating discussion when he couldn't understand why no one in General believed his claim to have learned every language spoken on earth in his fictional nation's educational system. Slightly amusingly, he apparently thought everyone else was RP'ing with him.
