He finally makes his claim for why anyone is better than the US, but no real argument is offered for why. Just the claim Obama is the reason and thus anyone is better, with a few examples..

Notice that once again, no actually arguments are offered.

So... offensive, even by his own admission, comparisons are made to people who purged members of the posters own family and statements throughout the thread about how the US is evil, but no arguments.

Possibly flamebait - it's definitely designed to cause a fuss. It might also be trolling, since he also says he doesn't actually care to continue that discussion off in it's own thread.

I'm disinclined to warn over that level of mild trolling. He's on the edge, but I'm not convinced he's crossed over the line yet.

So let's see all black people are going to torture and kill white if they get into power. The US is worse than Nazi Germany and Obama is more terrifying than Stalin and Hitler. And he's calling people Nazis.

If all blacks will do X and comparing Obama to every horrible dictator in history because all black will do X then what is trolling?
