He seems to have completely missed the "II Separate Rulings Thread", even though it is clearly marked in block capitals as "READ BEFORE POSTING", and to be honest I *hate* tagging anyway as it tends to ruin the flow of threads.

Plus his signature's bloody huge, which makes his post a bit of an eye-sore.

I've had sigs turned off for years, so you'll have to tell me who's breaking the rules if you want action.
