I'd like to report one of the mods for living upside down and refusing to return my emails. I've had enough of this site. This is the last time you'll hear from me. The next complaint will come from my lawyer.

Would this go as spam? or is this a serious "I'm leaving" thread? Or am I not reading the words in teh white correctly?

Personally, I find the mods to definitely be guilty of bias. After all, favoring the rules and sensible interpretations of them while trying not to give in to urges to randomly kill people who annoy you is still a bias, even if it is a good one.

Given how little personal information I've given out over the years, how the hell did you figure out that I live upside down? That's a closely guarded secret. Given that the only NSers I've met in person were Erastide and TJHairball, both mods who know that OPSEC is the key to airpower, I can't imagine how you made this discovery.

... ahhh, that's right. Gasponia was traveling with Erastide, and of course has an eidetic memory. He must have noticed the giveaway facial flushes and passed the information around the secret back-channel InvisionFree sites I'm not supposed to know about.

The other mods are bigger cheaters. As such, I encourage and endorse leveling the playing field through such tactics.

Also, one of the mods compared me to her children. I'm frickin' 34 years old. Isn't there an age where that particular means of talking down to me is no longer appropriate? I mean, just because I hold my breath when people don't pay enough attention to me doesn't justify talking down to me. Especially by people who litterly live below me.

Of course I'm leaving. My nation is an inoffensive centrist democracy and I can't have that associated with my name any longer in good conscious. Worse, I'm a superpower. A superpower and inoffensive. I'm so embarrassed.

I don't litterly live below anyone. In fact, I live above most. My contribution to the litter quotient is so high, it's majestic -- rivalled only by Kat's gum-wrappers and Tsar's applecores.

For the mods to even entertain this kind of absurd frivolity in so austere and dignified an arena as the moderation forum is an insult to everyone on this board.

This is a place for serious, sombre, sober, restrained discussion, not for people to indulge their own penchant for "humor".

I expected better from Jocabia to have instigated this sort of thing, and I am gravely disappointed in Katganistan for her participation in this unseemly conduct.

I renew my calls for her removal as a moderator, and remind you of that time she kicked a police horse in the nuts.

You know what I love about the occasional fun mod thread. They always end with someone complaining about mod bias. Every single time.

It's not mod bias that they'll allow an occasional fun thread, but won't allow you to spam threads that are meant for actual resolutions. It's practical and they're pretty clear about what's okay and what's not.

Similarly, the occasional thread in NSG that is about Ruffy's favorite color sock gets through for a bit, because it's fun. When 8 threads come up about each poster's favorite color thread, they crack down. It's not complicated.

You're working on the wrong person. Recall, I'm a member of the SSA. The SSA makes less sense than Andaras and LG combined.

I must protest moderation's recent disdain for bolded red text. Since when are they allowed to issue warnings in regular text? That is completely unfair to users used to recognizing official warnings solely by the fact that they are in bolded red text.

In addition, I must complain that some users have taken to using bolded red text in their signatures or, yet worse, in posts! Now that moderators can no longer be recognized solely by their avatars or custom titles, use of bolded red text in posts by ordinary posters leads me to imagine I am being issued an official warning, and causes increased heart rate and hyperventilation. And what's worse is that mods are completely oblivious to this! If I get an asthma attack due to some idiot using bolded red text in their post, I will not hesitate to sue the moderators and do my utmost to get them taken off Max Barry's payroll altogether!
