Okay this guy borders on spamming and inapporiate material. He's blatent spamming the WA proposal page. I am not sure if anyone has reported it but just letting the mod gods know about it.

The Nazi flag should warrant an automatic deletion, for that is explicitly stated in the rules.

The proposal primarily fails because it deals with a RL issue, and will be taken down simply for that if I remember the WA proposal rules correctly as for the rest it is irrelevant.

The nation will be deleted as it is against the rules to have the Hindu symbol of 1000 on your flag because of the offence it may cause to some people.

Both his proposals involved real-world references and were therefore illegal. They've been removed.

The swastika is illegal as a flag and has been removed. We don't automatically cleanse slogans that we don't agree with or that a player may find offensive.

Really? Where is that? (Remember that I'm the author of the One Stop Rules Shop, and I'm moderately familiar with it from enforcing it daily.)

[violet] doesn't mention anything about deletion or punishment, she simply lists what is and isn't acceptable. Like Fris said, it doesn't warrant automatic deletion but it does warrant some good talking to, maybe a stern paddling, or some soap in the mouth.

Reading through some of the ex-nations on nswiki, it's pretty amusing to see what actually is DOS... like creating a nation called the "The Moist Glorious Hack." Or a name that references the size of your jib and it's particular cut. Y'know, funny things.

He can't. It's not there to quote.

The nation doesn't get deleted automatically unless it crosses multiple lines of rulebreaking (i.e. "The Hitler's Best Friend of JewKillers", motto "Exterminate the sub-human races").

The flag can be deleted by mods and replaced with the NS default flag quite easily, and that's all we generally do in such cases.

Fris, not to be a bother but it appears he still has his swastika flag. Not sure if you'd gotten 'round to changing it or not.

Reposting the swastika after being warned and linked to the rules crosses that line I mentioned before. He should'a listened.

Additional assessments after the ruling has already been given probably aren't needed, unless it adds new value to the situation at hand. I'm going to close this thread.

He had been dinged for quite a few other infractions. No, I don't remember them any more.
