Also, if the Mods were to go through Heikoku's other posts in that thread/arguement, there will find that it is rare to find one with actual arguements in it, but they will, however, most of the time find emotionally charged personal attacks on me from Heikoku. Just him using NSG to attack the poster (and not the arguement) by putting words into my mouth and jumping to conclusions with accusations instead of just rationally arguing the issue.

Do you or do you not support Pinochet and the coups in places such as my country? If you support them, it stands to reason you support their results. Their results were torture, deaths, curbed liberties and disappearings of people. And if you support those, you support them anywhere. That's not "flamebaiting" or an "attack", that's logics.

Stop right there. Moderation is not General. It's the conduct of the thread, not the content of its arguments, that's under discussion here.
Heikoku, you've already come too close in the thread to using mods as weapons. Cut it out and don't transfer it here.
The remark you cited is not a flame. Shorn of the emotional triggers, it goes, "I wouldn't suggest diving into [the geopolitics of the Cold War] with [attribute A] or [attribute B]". He is not saying you, personally, have [attribute A] or [attribute B].
What TAI is doing, and you're doing too, is hijacking the topic TAI himself started to carry on with your long-standing debate on another subject entirely. That is rule-breaking.
It has, undeniably, resulted in posts with obvious insulting intent from both of you. That, too, is rule-breaking.
Heikoku, TAI, I'm warning both of you: stop. I'm not going to bother giving you infractions to remind you; you both know the drill. Further offences will result in bans.
