Hello moderator's,


I have a question I would like to ask. I've just read this topic about Roef and I thought it was considered spam. Reason being it'll just cause a flame war will start between Roef and other nations if they are not carefull and if Roef takes it the wrong way. If I am wrong, I'll be happy to admit it as long it has some reasoning with it.

My questions is: Is this thread spam?

The topic could have been spammy, but it's been a while since there's been a live discussion of how International Incidents RPs -- something to supplement the stickies -- so I've added a bit to the first post.

I'm hoping some of the 2007 and early 2008 RPers will post about what confused or bothered them and how they overcame it. If it wanders away from strictly II topics I'll switch it to Gameplay.
