I've had run-ins with Trollgaard before, so I'm taking a risk offering advice here in Moderation.
Trollgaard, Skalvia's first pic "slapdown" (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13936447) didn't advance debate at all. But you DID sort of "ask for more" by posting a similarly trite pic in reply. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13936460)
It looks to me like Skalvia can't answer your argument, and pretty much admits to it with a silly pic. You respond with a silly pic, and go personal with the comment "You must not have much of a life..."
In that context, your outrage on behalf of "the dead" rather smacks of someone who is taking a silly pic personally.
The rules don't allow imagery of this sort. As far as I'm concerned that's the end of the matter. Context or motive is irrelevant here.
