Flaming, Threats

Free Bikers appears to be flaming and advocating a crime in this post:

I suggest that calling another poster "human filth" -- in direct reply to them -- is Flaming.

In retrospect, I should have reported this right away. But I thought I would give Free Bikers a chance to rephrase the opinion, and renounce what also reads to me as advocacy of a crime, ie murder, and the direction of such against an individual poster, ie Avriia.

Perhaps, I thought, the phrase "if I ever met them on the street" was accidentally inserted. So I directed their attention to the personal interpretation.

Free Bikers instead insisted on their right to such an opinion:

Flaming. Advocacy of a serious crime. Personal threats.

Warned for the "by extension" part of the flame, since that is addressed to another poster.

Despite the phrase "if I ever met them on the street", the rest of the post appears to me to be expressing a view about how society in general should conduct itself; ie, it's an opinion, and not actionable.

Thanks. I was fairly certain about the "flaming" but the other implication, that FB was personally prepared to commit murder, was what made me bring this to Moderation.

This matter having now been ruled on, I will reply further to Free Bikers in the thread. If he chooses to discuss it, I'm sure the ambiguity which some could take as a threat can be resolved.
