Posting in IC mode on General, allowed or not allowed under any circumstances?

General thread:

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=562251

Proposed Post:

The Hispanic Republic of Miami Shores Orders all Flags at half staff for a week in honor of Alexsander Solzhnistyn, extends its condolences to his family.

Foreign Affairs Minister Elian Gonzalez
President Lincoln Diaz Balart
Vice President Ileana Ros-Lehtinen

Miami Shores

(one of my NS RP nations)

I add Miami Shores at the end of post to better my chances of approval.

If allowed cool, if not allowed cool.

Miami Shores, please stop posting requesting pre-approval of your posts. If you can't figure out the appropriate nature of posting etiquette from reading and/or posting in a given forum, you're better off not posting.

Don't get in the habit of expecting modly micromanagement. We really do have other tasks in this game that we would rather be doing.
