Uh, flaming where? I see a pissing contest over godmodding, but no real flames. Please link to specific posts. Also profanity is not against the rules as long as it's not a mother fucking personal goddamn attack.

RyanBrum, you didn't bother anybody. Khadgar is a fellow poster who didn't have to post here, but chose to, as posters do, to be (relatively) helpful to a newcomer. I post here because I'm a mod, and it's my job. So no bother. And it wasn't unimportant, either.

His suggestion about linking to specific posts is a good one. In case you don't know how:
click on the number in the top right-hand corner of the post, the one that looks like this -- #3.
That gives you a web address for that single post.
Then you copy that address and put it in your post as a clickable link.

As to the language, we're a bit more relaxed about in-character posts in a roleplay, a bit tougher on it in General, and totally intolerant of it when it's a personal attack on another poster.
