Why hasn't Andaras been permanently banned? I recall him having a record of personal attacks far worse than any "troll" on here. Maybe the mods like 'em socialist trolls though... stickin' it to the Man and all that shit.

At least two of his previous accounts have been. He isn't DoS because he's not crossed over the line that much.

Don't be stupid. The reason there are less socialist trolls banned is that there are less socialist trolls, because the majority of people here are centrist or lefties, and it's quite hard to take the piss out of what you believe properly, especially when you may have pre-prepared comebacks to certain points ingrained into yourself.
