In the context of the thread, I can't see that the comment is actionable. It is not a threat of personal harm, it is an opinion.
Which is not to say that opinions, however deeply held, cannot be flaming or trolling. Just not this time.
The original topic was such that I am surprised -- or, rather, should be surprised -- that anyone responded to it. However, I'm not closing it because there is some actual debate going on and some valuable tutoring in debating methods.
