Baiting, actually, but I think Neo Art is trying to make a point: if you can say those things about sex offenders, NA should be allowed to say those things about communists. Not that I disagree with your assessment of sex offenders. Still, NA may actually believe that communists are "aberrations and social retardants best kept away from society".
Even so, something tells me that the comment was made specifically to bait you.

On one hand, NA is saying communists are criminals.
On the other hand, AP's signature says he supports a criminal ideology, meaning communism.
AP baits himself? NA joins in? I dunno, not my decision.
