This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=558802) is a response to this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=558725), but it's just an argument for a specific fix, and I wouldn't think that it's its own thread but a response that could easily fit into the original discussion. In the interest of not crowding up the front page with the same topic (granted, two is not a crowd, but the precedent).
A question more than a request (though it's still a request for merging). These 'ego split' threads where someone feels that their point is soooo important that it deserves its own thread even though it is not a fresh topic thus creating the same conversation happening in two places often with the same actors is a pet peeve.
