As far as I am aware, English is not the mandatory language on NS.

I'm inclined to be thankful that we can't understand what the poster is writing. What are the odds it's a great coherent point or a good piece of constructive criticism? Or anything else that we really need to read?

If he wishes to be understood by everyone, he'll choose another language. If he only wants to be understood by some, then he shouldn't be surprised that he gets few answers.
