It says I was banned for no reason and the date the ban will be lifted is never.....

Can someone please tell me why this is? I don't have any recent infractions and in fact I havn't posted much for a while because I've been quite busy recently....
Can a mod please tell me whats going on here? If it's an error can you please fix it, if it's not kindly tell me what I did?
