NationStates Jolt Archive

Yesterday I posted a thread, and not recognizing the jolt function that compels every new post by a new nation to be validated, I was disturbed to come back this afternoon and not find it up. Therefore, I posted the same thread again which apparently is now up for validation. After that, I ended up seeing that the first one was indeed posted. Is there a way to keep that duplicate thread from going up, or is it best to wait until it goes up and then link it and request its deletion?

The second thread is called: Crime and Punishment (Open Character RP)

The first has the same title, only with a comma: Crime and Punishment (Open, Character RP)
