is it possible for you mods in all your modly glory to grant me a favor and delete the words "{parts deleted}" from my proposal 'War Crimes Tribunal'? it was an editing mark that i forgot to remove...... and if it is possible to improve it it would be greatly appreciated. or should i start over without a gross typo in the text?

7. DECREES that if an individual is found{parts deleted} guilty of violating Clause 1 or Clause 2 by the WAWCT, that nation's government must:
(a)pay WAWCT ordered monetary reparations to the victims, or their next of kin AND
(b)arrest and prosecute all war criminals who are found guilty of breaking Clause 1 or Clause 2 in a fair trial. The WAWCT is to provide its evidence and court records to the judiciary of the memberstate for the purposes of the trial.

No one can edit a proposal once it's submitted, not even the mods. Gamecoding issues, I think. You just have to request an early deletion (with no penalty), or wait it out so you can submit it again.

well then, can i request early deletion? fuck...... im going to resubmitt immediately dammit dammit dammit.......
