You shouldn't feel sorry for them. Those with Prader-Willi syndrome are obese pigs who eat everything they can get ahold of. How obese are they? If we burned all of them, they would release enough energy to power the US for years! And they'd be too dumb to know fire was hot, or that hot things kill.
