(http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=554638) I would have thought he would have reported this, although I've not seen it done so already. Apologies if he has.

Also not in relation to the above is, this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=554627), although I'm not sure if it would qualify as spam (since it is technically related to his/her nation) or warrant Mod action, but it doesn't hurt to ask. "Read stickies etc." posts never seem to stop this kind of stuff, of which there appears to be a worrying surge of recently.
