Since I missed out on the UN, and never saw this topic covered (maybe I over looked it... Typical) is it possible that I can retire this account from being a member of the WA and then reapply as another one of my puppets, such as the Huntarian Alliance? I dunno if that'd count as puppeting at all.

As long as you've got only one WA nation at any given time, you're okay -- the game doesn't worry about which nation it is.
But wait at least one update after you take Huntaer out before you put another nation in. (The Gnomes are slow with paperwork.)
Ok. I pretty much just retired Huntaer a few hours ago and reinstated the Huntarian Alliance for application, so I was just unsure.
Maybe the Gnomes will catch up on the paper work if you bribed them? (Damn those Gnomes)
