in WA forum be merged please? they both serve the same topic now; as it is now possible to completely merge the proposals; and discussion on the same topic on different threads is annoying.

I can't see much point in merging them. You've got both versions in the one thread already, and the Limiting Civilian Casualties in Warfare one is where most of the rewriting seems to be going on. I think a merge would just muddy the waters.

To prevent further confusion, I'll lock the one that hasn't had much traffic . If there's anything vital you or QoD think needs saying twice, you can just copy and paste.
