Kenny has suggested that the discussion about the WA's new headquarters, and its location, should be continued in a thread of its own rather than in the WA Strangers' Bar. Do any of the Mods feel likewise, and wish to move the relevant posts into the start of a new thread?

I don't think that's necessary. If you want to start a discussion on the WA Headquarters, just start a new thread. Others already posting on the subject in the Strangers' Bar might take the hint ...

The question of the WAHQ's location (everywhere and nowhere simultaneously) has hopefully been addressed (and thanks for finding that link, OMGTKK). As for making a new thread to discuss the design of the WAHQ itself, well, we try to reduce the amount of roleplay that goes on in the WA forum, since it's not a dedicated RP forum, but this being a special occasion I'm inclined to allow it.
On the other hand, I also think it's doing no damage where it is. Susa, Sammy and the crew can get sloshed in true Kennyite fashion whilst reasoned debate is going on elsewhere in the bar, after all. So;
You can start a new thread for discussion of WAHQ architecture, design et al if you so wish, but you don't have to.
[EDIT] Addendum to above; Fris has suggested that it may be time for "a new location mythos", and this seems fairly reasonable, as does his suggestion to avoid placing it in any specific region. So I'm going to make a rule of thumb and say
"A general location, such as "on a tropical island", is fine, but a specific location, such as "in the region of Tropical Island (http://www.nationstates.net/page=display_region/region=Tropical%20Island)" is not."
