This is Neu Leonstein and when I try to log in, it just says:

You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

This is not the first time of course, but last time I did end up breaking a rule, even though I disagreed with the interpretation.

But I didn't get into any arguments today, and I was fine to log in this morning, so I suspect there's been a mistake.

Can anyone enlighten me?

When was the last time that you actually logged in to your nation, rather than directly to the forums? That looks like the message that people get when a nation's simply expired due to too much time elapsing between log-ins...

I hadn't logged in for a long time, but it's still there. That was the first thing I checked.

It's the same message I got a long time ago when my first nation was deleted due to an infraction on the forum. But I'm not aware of having done anything even remotely special today, hence the confusion.

That's the new user delay. Your posts have to be checked by a mod until it's obvious you aren't here to spam for some other site.

You actually logged into Neu Leonstein at nationstates.net ... right? Not just checked it's there. If I has been deleted for inactivity, you can now reactivate it yourself. The top sticky in Moderation (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=552190) says how.

It's forum-related, not NS. That's what makes it so strange, because when I was deleted legit last time my nation was gone too.

Poking around, I couldn't find you as a temporary ban or a permaban on Jolt, and yet you were banned. I also couldn't find a post giving a reason why you might be banned, so I've lifted the ban. Obviously, if someone had a reason for it, I expect it will be reinstated, but as of now you should be able to post. :)

Or.. it appears Jolt has stuck you back into a general category as opposed to the NS one that lets you post in these forums. So you might not be able to post here afterall.

When your nation was last restored, it glitched and registered you as a standard Jolt account, not a NationStates account. Following the only effective method known to fix this disassociation, I've deleted and restored your nation, which both generated a new Validation email and moved you to Lazarus. You should be good to go.

Telegrams to mods are never the correct way to proceed. We have a Getting Help system for this express purpose. Please don't use TGs in the future. Thanks.
