I'm no mod, but IMO, the first one most definitely goes beyond trolling. It's outright flaming. The second seems pretty tame. Then again, not being a mod, I'll mosey on out of here and let The Powers That Be make their decision.

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13532476&postcount=65You really shouldn't toss out the the "opium" accusation and then complain when someone calls your personal ideology "opium" in turn:
Nationalism, like all ideological, religious and philosophic delusions, are merely distractions for the common people away from their domestic actual economic problems. The emotive appeals of capitalist ideology have always served a class-control function, distracting the populace from their legitimate grievances and directing their frustrations at various scapegoats, Jews, communists, liberals, terrorists, anyone will do. The use, tone and volume of such belligerent rhetoric is usually tied to the material position of the servant class and thus the class struggle itself, thus in fascist states the incredulous servility to the State is absolute, and a militant fetishization of violence, marching, irrational attachment to national symbols, is introduced.
Patriotism is just as much a opiate of the masses as religion.

No, you don't, your just another drone who hasn't realized his opinions aren't original yet. Don't worry, you will soon enough.
Which is just in fact what your opinions amount to.

I think these should be noted in response to Laerods posts.
And Andaras posted alot about Marxism/Communism and it's virtues, it's likely folks are beginning to grow tired of this thus show frustration.

So people are justified in trolling because they don't want to answer my statements?

No, people aren't justified in trolling, flaming, flamebait or any other rulebreaking in a debate. They are justified in arguing or withdrawing from an argument, and, despite the "you" in Laerod's statement, I read it as his saying that he feels your arguments are consistently Marxist and he doesn't wish to argue further within that framework.
As for the remark by New Manvir, it's used the usual internet signals for a humorous post and the usual NSG improbable sexual reference. Humour is permissible in debate. True, the use of exaggeration, smilies, [jk] or *runs* are no cover for a genuine flame, but this seems to me to lack the malicious intent. When intent's not clear, it's a judgment call, and my call is not-flame.
I note that these quotes are from two different threads, so when I've got time I'll check to make sure you're not being pursued from thread to thread, but for the time being, no action.
