It's snarky, but not exactly aimed at a singular poster. He more used the post as a jumping off point for bitching about the current world. Also, the person it was loosely directed at doesn't seem too bent out of shape.
If another mod who spends more time in General wishes to overrule me, that's fine, but it doesn't strike me as especially actionable. Borderline, certainly, but not quite over.
