A long time ago I was going to sign up a country for the UN but didn't, and now I'm signing a country besides my primary country to be my UN delegate. That won't cause any issues will it?
(Basically, I clicked the "Apply" button, but when I realized how much it would affect my countries decision-making, I decided to not actually enter the UN.)
