These posts, by McPsychoville, were posted a while ago but I've finally grown tired of looking at them so could they be deleted please.

McPsychoville's first and some subsequent posts were fine, but then they turned first slightly insultive, then aggresive, and then they just turned into pure flame.

I don't know which posts should be classed as flames (what I think is flaming started on page, so I'll just give a link to the whole thread (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=548021). Quotes from McPsycho:

At no point have I said anything along the lines of that above - sure, the nation is fairly anti-female, but the closest I came to "sparking off a coup because a woman was elected" was being prepared to roleplay a writer for a newspaper writing a satirical article about another nation's female leader, and having that nation attack as a result.

Now, because you and...really, the rest of your friends here have acted like absolute fucksticks - I won't deny that's mostly the result of them associating with you and Antigr, who have been the prime offenders (and completely incapable of either distinguishing OOC from IC speak or from actually reading what I've written), please don't post in any of my threads again. I like them free of stupidity

(I later closed one of my threads to him, and he didn't obey, blatantly saying something like - these are not his exact words, because I can't remember exactly what he said - 'looking at the pile of bilge you sent my way via TG, you are in no place to be making demands' That thread was closed to him, and as one of the posters in it said, he stays out if I say so ['cos it's my thread] according to NS rules.

The TG issue is where I simply warned him not to flame, I saw nothing that could be described as 'bilge' in it, but I may have been in the wrong on that occasion, I don't know and don't think so)


Hurtful Thoughts and the others who saw and responded took it fairly light-heartedly and responded fairly as-such, I'd say. I will admit, some of my posts did not do much to ease the tension.

What McPyscho's aim seems to have been is to make fun of/annoy us mainly OOCly to get us to declare war on him ICly just because he wants to have his government overthrown ICly. From what I see, his reasons and flames are immoral and invalid, and he's tried to use us all [that's all ADAN members] like disposable paper bags for his own personal reasons. HotRodia intervened against McPsycho but then left before the worst of the flaming and thus missed it.

McPsychoville was banned on February 1 -- The point is not who did or didn't do what in any RP. The point is that you show a consistently contemptuous and aggressive attitude toward other posters, rather than RPing your nation having such an attitude toward their nations. Take the opportunity of this break to sort out the difference. -- and has not posted in your thread since.

I will remove the offending posts. You should be able to edit your own to remove the parts where you have quoted him. (EDIT: Internet connection troubles -- slower than a boss giving a pay rise.)

I have checked his subsequent posts and, while he continues to express himself forcefully, it's been appropriate within the contexts, and sometimes helpful. (EDIT: McPsychoville, though in this case prompted by this post, I usually do check up on the subsequent posts of anyone I've banned.)

The advice HotRodia gave remains good:

Y'all should take some chill pills. Fight against each other IC, and work with each other OOC, or just don't bother interacting with each other.

The Ignore function is a helpful way for players to reinforce their resolution if they do not trust their impulses. I would also advise against trying to interact through TGs.
