I want this to be saw by a moderator. I really think that Roskaland, New Roumanika and Roumanika didn't respect the rules. And me, as or ex-regional UN delegate of Roskwanda want to say to you that the banned ones may have the right to speak themselves. I think that ban may be cleared from these nations. Please let us become again what we were and me, as their lawyer , I swear and I assure you that what we did will be very vigillente and very interested in what we'll do. Please let us be clean. I said but I'm saying again, we'll not be doing that we have did. I think this punishment is a bit too nasty or too severe. We're just at the beginning and we're just novice. We learned our lesson. I beg you, and I swear again this will not be happening again. Thank you for your atention and for your time.

No. We do not reinstate UN multies. You may if you wish create a new nation and put that into the UN.

I'm sorry for hearing this but we still think that is a bit too severe. I and they can't make new nations. And, you want to say that ban is permanently? Please tell me is not permanently. I said that we're just at the beginning. Anyway, thank you for your time. Please discuss it in your council, please, and we will not do it again. Trust us, we learn from these mistakes.

Roskaland, two senior mods have told you the ban is permanent. You don't need more confirmation than that.
Hack has told you what to do: create a new nation that isn't banned from the UN and let it be the nation that represents you in the UN.
You just click "Log Out" on the panel on the left of your nation page, then the nation creation screen will come up.
Then just create "Roskaland UN Delegation" or "Roskaland Embassy" or "Roskaland Advisory" or some such.
