Roleplayed characters can be insulting to each other in ways that would normally be a rules violation were they said OOC.
Kenny's OOC comments are blunt, but not flaming.
I'd suggest that you have a bit of fun finding a creative way to roleplay your characters in the situation. And there's no need to take the debate so seriously. This is a game site. Have fun with it.
