Actually, AP here says its trolling but yea its not that either :D
I think it borders the line, but does not cross it. That said, I would personally advise Dodo to be a bit more careful in the future.

It's not trolling and it's not blatant. It is directed at the poster, not his argument, and so could technically be called a (mild) flame. If it were from a poster who had a long and sizzling record of abuse, and if it were just a one-line insult, it might be enough to trigger action.
But in context, as a minor part of an otherwise-considered argument, from someone with a blameless history, it's not. Just something to avoid in future.
