Agreed, the first post is copy/paste plus one-line comment, just like this one (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=13322745#post13322745) which Hack locked recently for just that reason.
Unlike that one, however, the thread has not turned into a spamfest. It's developed into a genuine, reasonable discussion of training foreign soldiers. I'm reluctant to deprive people who are interested in the topic of the opportunity to have their say on it, so I'm not locking it.
Original poster will be TGd warningly. EDIT: Done, but not warningly; more "honest mistake"-ingly.
