Flaming and gloating

Unless I'm mistaken, isn't it against the rules to place someone on ignore and then gloat about placing that person on ignore?

If so, TPH is likely guilty of both that, and flaming, in this post here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13333581&postcount=180), specifically:

And save your time Neo Art, I am not reading your pompous crap, sorry, I can't even see it.

Mods only please

This is not going to be let turn into one of those "ignore cannon" wars that many of us remember uncomfortably, but I'm on my way to work.

Point of post: it's being looked at, someone will deal with it, you've done the right thing so far by not responding. Please keep it that way.

So, okay: Neo Art, I can't be entirely sure whether that was The_pantless_hero putting you on Ignore, or if it was just a bit of flamebaity rhetoric.

Gloating after you put someone on Ignore is forbidden, as the One-Stop Rules Shop says:Gloating: Specific types of gloating are considered warnable. Posting "In before the lock" generates a warning to those posters who wish to gloat about an obviously lockable topic. IGNORE gloating is typically seen in the roleplay forums, though it can appear elsewhere. Politely informing another nation that you are henceforth using the Jolt "ignore" feature is acceptable, but repeating it in different threads or over long periods is considered gloating. Other cases will be considered on an ad hoc basis. (emphasis added)

On that ad hoc basis, I'm not considering it gloating, I'm considering it flamebaiting, and I've warned (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13335491&postcount=256) him for it. I've also asked him to clarify whether he has, in fact, put you on Ignore.

If he has, please respect his wishes. That is, don't start anything based on his comments. (I know you haven't so far, I'm just ... ah ... binding you over to keep the peace?)
