Well ok I haven't used it yet, but I'm thinking it could be against the rules to use it because it looks like it has an inverted swastika, but in fact is actually a Swavastika, which represents luck and goodness in the Buddhist faith I think. (Sorry if I am wrong, I mean no offence).
Here is the pic, btw despite the word NATZI in the link, it isn't anything to do with Nazism.

Should I blur out the symbol?

Yes, I think you should, and I see that you have on your flag. (This query didn't belong in General, BTW.)
Here's a bit of the flag policy (you can read the whole thing above, in The One-Stop Rules Shop stickied at the top of this forum).
A swastika: not acceptable (Yes, it was used by Buddhists in the third Century, etc, etc, but that's not what it represents now. To the vast majority of people, the swastika represents the Holocaust. A nation with a swastika appears to be endorsing that event; that's malicious and has the primary effect of offending.)
The pic you link to puts a swastika-looking symbol on the top of a skull; to me, that comes a little too close to Nazi symbolism, despite your good intentions. But I've moved your query here so other mods can have a look at it too.

Not allowed, and has already been deleted on a nation and the nation warned last week. The edited version without the swavastika is fine.
