If the queued proposal "Abolition of Slavery" goes to vote, then I'd like to request the original thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=524314) be locked, and that the new one (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=545855) be stickied. My reason is that the old one has too much about the original repeal/replace idea, whereas the new one can be solely concerned with discussing the proposal in its own right.
If this is not allowed, then you can delete the new thread. Thank you.
