May not be too much, but worth noting. I also am no puppet.

A bit rude, but I don't see it as actionable.
If another Mod sees differently, so be it.

Don't get me wrong, I am not looking for a warning just a mod getting him to stop flamebaiting in most of my threads. A simple knock it off or action maybe taken would make me happy.

Unless Neo violates a rule, the mods probably will not talk to him.
There are many rude individuals in the General. In a way it's kind of refreshing and lively then a controlled don't offend anybody community.
If you can't take Neo, make use of the ignore function.

Cryptic Nightmare, last night I checked back through your threads and your and Neo Art's recent posts (as mods usually do, BTW, when there's a complaint). There's nothing there to suggest you're being targetted.
Many posters don't mince words when they disagree. When they go too far, mods step in (as HotRodia did with Neo Art the other day). But this is a discussion site, and people do feel strongly about the topics.
The mods don't read every word of every thread, so we rely on other players to alert us. You were right to let us know you're concerned. Some posting styles can be a shock, but as you interact with the people behind the words, they often become less bothersome.

Yeah. Last night I checked for a pattern of harassment over recent post histories, and could not find it.

Things like that which make me wonder. The batman thing was a joke he took too seriously.
I am not new to forums or anything, I have had to deal with far more annoying posting styles than that. But if the mods here don't feel he went far enough to warrent action I will accept that and move on with this, I won't bitch about it as I know the hassles of being a mod as I am one elsewhere..getting attacked due to posters not liking your rulings is no fun I know. More annoying for me as I have to read all the posts nobody reports anything....Oh well.
BTW, is it a rule violation to advertise other forums here? Somebody was doing that a few pages back.

Umm. Spamming in moderation? Well, not my place to say anything about it.

It'd help if you posted a link to this specific post. And if the forum is related to NS, like the NS Generalite Forum, or any of the Alliance Forums from II, then it is allowed.

Well, since the first link you posted was the one already discussed, you know what the answer is there: rude, but not actionable.
The second one ... look, that's practically polite! As is Neesika's --http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.ph...5&postcount=14 -- in your second post. If her sig is bothering you, you can change your settings so you don't see sigs. It's been around a while, so you can reasonably assume that no mod thinks its actionable.
Could you link to the other-game advert? Sometimes it's acceptable and sometimes it's not. If it's in a long-time sig, it's probably okay. (I goofed the other day editing out a couple of harmless ones, so obviously I'm now the expert on this -- nothing teaches like mistakes.)
Oh, YEAH!
EDIT:Umm. Spamming in moderation? Well, not my place to say anything about it.
Well, sometimes the mods spam in Moderation. In moderation, of course. It's sort of like getting home, taking your shoes off and putting your feet up on the coffee-table.
But I'm sure we're all very cross at Imperio Mexicano for making up a parody that is complimentary to us.
Goodness gracious me, YEAH!

Not a sig but a thread to a political simulator.
Sig? I didn't even notice the sig. I was talking about Neo Art's post. But again I was just pointing it out, I moved on.

I come from a board that has a very strict def on spam...very strict. Notice I just pointed out he spammed to him, not really my place to go beyond that really. I can't help myself sometimes...:(

Thanks. Locked. Nothing wrong with it, but General's not the place for it. It seems to be an RPing offsite.

I come from a board that has a very strict def on spam...very strict. When the Mods are making jokes, and a player goes along with that joke, and posts a relevant parody, it's usually okay. I'm sure you can see the difference between what happened here, and if that had been posted on a random thread in Moderation.
