it seems that this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=544779) thread has basically turned into a "whose army is bigger/better" between Alversia and Gene Romas or whatever. Should be spam and they should move it to TG's. As the thread doesn't serve any purpose, I'd recommend locking it.

I agree that's what it's turned into, but unless the OP asks, I'm not locking it.
The "mine is bigger" posts will give newcomers some idea of how to sort out army sizes; the way the thread has been wrenched off-topic will show them why it's a good idea to have an OOC thread or messaging arrangements as well as an RP thread; and the jokey wars that have developed off this will show that it's possible to go to war with someone's nation without actually losing your temper.
So it's there as a teaching tool, unless it turns flamey or Oswegoland asks for it to be shut down.
