This was the discussion about the proposal draft, but it has now become a Resolution in Queue with a different thread for it (already sticky) in the UN forum page. All discussion posts were copied as is to the new thread, and just to avoid confusion it would be better if there was 1, rather than 2 threads on the same resolution.
