I'm a New Englander, and was raised by parents who don't eat poultry...lobster or king crab legs are our tradition.
Not to mention, it is something that was probably actually served at the first Thanksgiving, given how common it was.

I don't have a picture handy, but I will bring homemade pumpkin pie, from real pumpkin, not a can, with homemade crust and real whipped cream, whipped by me.

If you even just sort of like store bought pumpkin pie, I guarantee you will love this one!

And I will absolutely echo the thanks to the mods. You folks are fabulous! I will even make sure to save a slice of pie for you to take home.
