I object! [prefer mods only]

I object to this user's name on the grounds that is is too damn similar to mine. There is like one letter that's different.

Here is the post. While I find nothing wrong with the post, I want the name changed or prevented from posted on the grounds that it may hurt my standing because I've been here longer and it's too close to my name
Kyrozarkia is too close in spelling to Kryozerkia.
Firstly, he did reverse the R and the Y, and he took out the E and put in an A but still, it's too close for my liking.
Now, I would prefer that only mods reply but I know some people do like to voice their opinions (and I already violated the sanctity of it so I'm being a good sport here).

While we do have a policy about impersonation puppets, we only enforce it for cases where we feel the impersonation was malicious. I've examined both nations, yours and his, and it doesn't appear that the impersonation is malicious. I could, of course, be wrong.
My recommended course of action would be for you to telegram this nation and tell him your concerns. I will confirm that this is a puppet of a player who has other, better known nations on the forums. If it's indeed malicious, the TG exchange would likely be ample proof. If it's not, I'm sure a reasonable player would happily abandon this puppet to his own private region of abandoned puppets, and never post with it again.

Thank you for your input Fris. I'll do it. :)
EDIT - here is a copy of the telegram the nation in question.
Good day,
I hope you're aware of the fact that your nation's name is very similar to mine, in fact, there is only one letter that is not the same, and it's the letter "A" you put in place of the letter "E".
I found your account after checking the NSG forum.
At the time you only had a mere two posts.
Now here's my concern, I have never seen your nation before today and judging by your profile you only created it today, November 1st, 2007. Before you say it,there is a telling sign that your nation was created today, your population is only 5 million, which is the starting population.
I recommend that you don't delete this telegram. For now that is. You see, I'm concerned about the fact that your name is too close to mine. I have asked the moderators for assistance because I am concern about the fact that your actions may create the wrong impression as other long-term veteran posters may misread the user names.
I will be keeping any telegrams you send in reply.
I hope you can understand my concern. Afterall, it's not just me who has a problem if something goes wrong. You do as well.
I highly and strongly suggest that you create a new account. You would only lose two posts and this nation you're using now is very tiny anyway.
From,
Kryozerkia
I will keep any telegram they send me. Hopefully this can be resolved peacefully. :)

Shouldn't it be "concerned"? ;)

I've been writing all day and my inner editor just took his union break. God I hate labour unions! :p

I am sorry about the nation name problem, I assure you that it was not intentional and was not done with malicious intent. It was simply a coincidence brought on by a random name generator that supplied me with names with repeating consonants (I think I spelled that wrong). But as requested by Kryozerkia, I have created a new nation called Cyrozarkeria (different letters all around as to avoid confusion) I would have posted with that nation but I am waiting for a verification email. Again, sorry for the misunderstanding.
Oh, and just to confirm what Frisbeeteria said, this was just a puppet nation I created for Role-Playing purposes on II. But since it is causing problems I have moved it to my personal region of rejected nations. (Actually the only nation I still use that is in there is Blasphemous Priest. You may or may not know me). As I said, I have created the new nation Cyrozarkeria to take the spot Kyrozarkia was supposed to take and I will probably begin to RP with it on II this weekend.
BTW, this is the final post by Kyrozarkia, I will continue to check its TG's for a few days before allowing the nation to die.

Wow, a good news story from Moderation. The plaintiff has satisfaction and no-one gets hurt.
Cyrozarkeria, well played. If only people were always that reasonable.

I have sent them a telegram. Thanking them for their understanding and how I appreciate it. I only brought this to moderation because of concerns about the two names being so similar. I'm glad it was resolved. :)
