World Factbook Entry acceptability standards? (Mods only, please...)

A few days ago, while checking on the current status of a nation that had passed through my home region a while ago, I chanced across the region The Republican Party (http://www.nationstates.net/region=the_republican_party), whose World Factbook Entry said

We have become a Nazi monster in the eyes of the whole world--a Party of moral cripples who would rather kill than live peacefully. We are not just Whores for Power and Oil, but cowardly bigots with hate and fear in our hearts. We are human scum, and that is how history will judge us.

It seemed to me that this might violate the rules against Flaming, Flamebaiting and/or Trolling, so I filed a GHR enquiring whether this was the case.
The reply that I received (by TG) said that We don't enforce political correctness in this game, nor do we guarantee you won't be offended. See this thread in the Moderation forum (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=504842) for a further bit of explanation.

But doesn't that WFB entry cross the line into 'malicious' and 'defamatory' posting, such as is banned in the basic rules of the game?

What can't I post?
Any content that is:

obscene
illegal
threatening
malicious
defamatory
spam
This applies to your nation's name, motto, and other customizable fields, any messages you write, images you post, or any other content you upload or link to NationStates

And, if it doesn't, how was I supposed to know where the line is being drawn without enquiring as I did?

Actually, it looks a bit flamebaitish to me too.

We bend over backwards to allow all sorts of opinions in regional discussions, and are in fact probably more tolerant of RMB discussions than we are of forum threads. This is because readership in most regions is far below that of the forums (or the feeders, where we're a bit more particular).

I think this one crosses the line, and I'll bring it to the attention of the ruling mod and see how we want to respond.

btw, somebody quotes those six words to us at least every other day. Since they've been there for five years now, it's safe to say we know them. We don't need you to quote them anymore.
