this post (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13082469&postcount=54) and this post (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13082479&postcount=21) need the old choppity treatment, as they are spammily appended to threads which have nothing to do with them. And it's a game mechanics violation, to boot!
The thing is in the proposals queue as well, of course.

Mod nations, like any other nation, must be checked regularly. When a mod nation dies, its forum accounts are banned. Upon reversion, our tools add them back into the regular user pool, and mod powers are lost.
In short, Tsar forgot to log in for a bit. Silly lad.
