May a ban be lifted off of my nation "The Blastit Empire".

I don't know why it was banned and when I log onto that screen name, it doesn't specify why and it says the ban will never be lifted time wise.

Also, may the Nation on Nationstates of the same name (The Blastit Empire) be revived?
