I'm not entirely sure, but I believe that the limit on sig length is 8 lines?

Appears to be a violation.

Forgive the intrusion -- this is for my own edification -- but the fixed sig looks like it's only six lines in length...am I missing something inherent in sigs that adds two lines?
For example -- I believe that my sig is five lines deep. Am I right?

If you read the fixed sig, the user has modified it already after it was reduced in length.
Yours is technically (I believe) closer to 6 or 7, as quote boxes and the lines they make also count.

For example -- I believe that my sig is five lines deep. Am I right?Your's is eight lines. A single line quote in a quote box takes five lines all by itself:
The word 'Quote:'
The top line
"Originally posted by..." line
The quoted text
The bottom line

Wow -- I am glad I asked!
Thanks for the information.
