Hey, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post about this, point me in the right direction if not.
I'm receiving this message when I try to access nationstates.net:
Access Denied
Your IP address has been banned from NationStates.
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/index.cgi on this server.
Apache/1.3.29 Server at www.nationstates.net Port 80
As far as I'm aware, I've never done anything bannable. Care to help me out?
